After viewing Food, Inc. and having a lively discussion on food at the library yesterday, Turf CSA members, Johanna and Jessica, wanted to share information on other films on food.

Join Turf for a screening of Food, Inc. This documentary explores how corporate industries influence the way our food is grown, packaged, and sold. As a program that promotes eating local and supporting local farmers, Turf believes that Food, Inc. is a critical film to see as we work towards improving the quality of food in our community.

Turf will screen Food, Inc. at Parkchester Public Library (1985 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462) on Saturday, March 27th at 1:30pm. There will be a short discussion after the film and light refreshments will be served.
